HI WAS VERY WEEK FOR A DAY OR TWO WHEN ONE DAY WHEN GETTING OUT OF BED I FELL ON MY BUM AND COULD NOT GET UP I WAS TO WEEK BUT WHEN THE HOME CARE CAME OVER SHE INSISTED THAT I GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND LUCKILY SHE SAID THAT BECAUSE I WAS IN BAD SHAPE SO AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH TO JESSICA YOU ARE WONDERFUL TKS A MILLION REGARDS R LEVAC

I recently had back surgery and realized that I had limited range of motion as well as other limitations. Where my husband was able to take time off to assist post surgery, I realized that I would require support once he went back to work. I filled out an online form to outline my requirements, however I did not take into consideration what day of week it was and the turnaround time that was required. I would recommend that you consider looking into this service as soon as possible as I noted the intake process happens during the week. I was most grateful to Lindsay that went out of her way to explain the process to minimize my frustration and set expectations. Once she noted that a file was created for me and they were in the process of locating the appropriate assistance for my location, I was set at ease. The only recommendation I would suggest is that any out of office messages be kept up to date as I thought I could leave a message and realized that my assigned representative did not check their voice-mail recordings.

I hired Vyta a couple of years ago to provide summer landscaping and winter snow removal services. The services they provide is outstanding. They return phone calls in a timely basis and the staff who attend the property are very friendly and cooperative. Recently I had Lachlan and Chester attend to the annual yard cleanup. They went well beyond my expectations to ensure that the clean up was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you Vyta and their dedicated employees!

I experienced a very challenging situation with respect to the need for transportation for my mother this week. I live in another Province and had to coordinate transportation for my mother to get her to an appointment a considerable distance away starting from her home, then a few intricate stops and then a return which was going to take most of the afternoon. Living far away made me frightened for my mother and her well being as she suffers from anxiety that can make her overwhelmed. Speaking with Nick about our situation calmed down my own nerves considerably. Nick was friendly and very helpful and I knew from the start that my mother was going to be well cared for on this excursion. Due to the results of this appointment we needed another day to transport to another facility and when calling Nick, he was more than helpful. He immediately connected me to Arika and Bill was the driver. Arika was so kind on the phone with me and understood how nervous we were. Bill had driven my mother the first trip and then the second and was great in connecting with me via phone to assure me my mother was doing great along the way. Thank you VYTA!!!!!! Your expert team, patience and assistance was second to none. I feel so happy to recommend your services to those seniors in need of assistance. So glad I located you!

After being referred to VYTA and their services, we signed up for snow removal service last year. We were very satisfied with the work their crew provided. They came at the specified time and cleared snow from our driveway and surrounding areas.We were more pleased with our dealings with Ashton Langdana who is always very professional, efficient and friendly whenever she gets a call from us. She treats us like we’re just one family. We were very happy with VYTA that we added lawn maintenance to the services they will provide. Just glad to be a member of the VYTA Community. Well at first when l hear'd about Vyta l didn't know what l was getting into but when l was negotiating with one of their reps who sounded really sweet on the phone and understood my concerns l went and gone ahead with the contract , we started with only the snow removal service and started with that , when the first snow fall came the crew was here and did the job , l was relieved to have experienced their service because let's face it l didnt have this service or any service before, my son did it all for me , then Ashton called me and told me the great offer they had going for the gardening as well as snow service , well l jump on the opportunity needless to say for they did a great job with the snow so why not give them a chance with the gardening , they came a few days ago to prep up for the spring , l cant comment to much yet on the garden service for it to early to comment but lm sure they will do a great job , I will let you all know how the gardening goes and maybe take a few pic to show you all their workmanship , so far l do recommend Vyta you will see what l see , stay tuned for more review from me about the gardening , Thank you Ashton for your sweetness and your honesty to me , l really appreciate that. Last week I was happy to meet Morgan, a Lifestyle Advisor for Vyta! Morgan made my search easy and seamless. She is a bubbly and very attentive lady and made sure she filled my lifestyle needs for home services. Today I had the pleasure of having Vyta partners help assist me in my home for home cleaning - Being a senior now, I need help for certain areas in our home. Vyta made this happen for me, and I am soooo happy on how my cleaning day went today with the cleaning staff - it was so easy to work with the friendly ladies and tell them my needs and they were happy to meet them all. They all showed up with plenty of equipment and a smile on their face ready to work in a very timely fashion! Thank you again Morgan and Vyta, keep up the good work and I look forward to my next cleaning. Xx

My wife and I were struggling to cope with the challenges of managing a small townhouse in the GTA, mostly because of our physical disabilities. She is in a wheelchair and I have to use a walker and a cane because of my osteoarthritis. I had reached the point where I was struggling to mow our tiny lawn, and doing other yard work was out of the question. I started thinking seriously about moving to an assisted-care seniors' facility. Then I found Vyta, a recently created division of Bayshore Homecare. Vyta offered a menu of a la carte services designed to keep struggling seniors in their home. They tell you what services they offer and you select only those services which you need. As your needs change you can add or subtract services. You are never pressured and you are assigned you own concierge coordinator so that you always are dealing with the same person. I decided to try their housekeeping package and their Spring and Fall yard cleanup service. Our house cleaners come when it is convenient for us, they are flexible and they do a good job. The same is true with the yard cleanup crew. The cost of these services is very reasonable. Vyta also offers an on-call handyman service which has saved me from the risk of climbing up ladders and falling. We have used him three times to date to replace a heavy curtain rod and blind, repair a faulty shower control and install a new over-stove microwave oven. I can honestly say that Vyta has been a real game-changer for us, at significantly less cost than moving into a seniors' residence.
